These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the booking and use of short-term rental accommodations offered by VASCOR Properties (“VASCOR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in Medellín, Colombia and Miami, Florida, USA, through the website vascor.rentals. By submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms.
1. Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email from VASCOR. Rates are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may vary by season, length of stay, and number of guests.
2. Payment
Payment is processed securely through our online payment gateway at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods and currencies displayed at checkout. Applicable taxes and cleaning fees, if any, will be shown before you confirm your reservation.
3. Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in and check-out times will be confirmed in your booking confirmation email. Guests must present a valid government-issued ID or passport at check-in, as required by local regulations. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Note: the policy below is a general guideline. Please confirm the exact cancellation terms shown at the time of your specific booking, as these may vary by property or promotional rate.
- Flexible cancellations: Full refund if canceled at least 14 days before check-in.
- Moderate cancellations: 50% refund if canceled between 7 and 13 days before check-in.
- Late cancellations: No refund if canceled less than 7 days before check-in, or in case of no-show.

5. Guest Conduct & House Rules
- The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated for the property.
- Smoking is not permitted inside any VASCOR property unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Parties and events are not permitted unless previously authorized in writing.
- Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the condition it was received and for any damage caused during their stay.
- Pet policies vary by property; please confirm with us before booking if traveling with a pet.
6. Liability
VASCOR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your stay, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance for their trip.
7. Force Majeure
VASCOR is not responsible for failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other events of force majeure.
8. Governing Law
Bookings for properties located in Medellín, Colombia are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Bookings for properties located in Miami, Florida are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, as applicable.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
